Environmental Efforts
Innovative Swim
Our reversible and adjustable swimwear is designed and produced with minimal impact on the planet. With options like the versatile Anahaw bikini, worn in 7+ ways, we aim to reduce overbuying and promote conscious choices.
Low production
Rêve de Chella deliberately restricts its collections to 6-10 SKUs, released biannually. This approach aligns with the less frequent purchase cycle of swimwear and resortwear. By drawing on heritage, the brand creates timeless, seasonless pieces that support conscious efforts.
No Hardware Swim
Our swimwear merchandise will be entirely free of hardware elements—no metal or plastic zippers, bra hooks, charms, or similar components. This decision supports conscious efforts and simplifies the recycling process.
Recyclability
At Rêve de Chella, our swimwear collections primarily feature recycled fabrics, such as Italian Carvico ECONYL® (derived in part from ocean waste).
We utilize OEKO-TEX® certified eco ink for all our prints, and our swimwear is crafted in a factory powered by solar energy.
ECONYL® reduces the global warming impact of nylon by 90% compared to conventional nylon. It’s fully recyclable, uses waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or the ocean, and matches the durability and stretch of traditional nylon.
Packaging
Our merchandise will be packaged in a reusable cotton drawstring bag made from 100% organic cotton.
Our customers will be able to repurpose this bag for various uses, such as a makeup pouch, a snack bag, or simply for everyday reuse.
